Here’s something you probably didn’t know, but we encounter in our work all the time:
First, ask yourself this: Can I do 10% better this month than I did last month? Can I fulfill 10% more customers? Can I treat them 10% better?
At 10% growth per month, how many months does it take to achieve a 10x difference?
You can use the “Rule of 70” (google it) to calculate that you’ll hit 2x at about 7 months…
…but what most people don’t realize is that at 10% per month, 10x happens after only 25 months. Two years to achieve an order of magnitude more impact. All that matters is your internal rate of innovation.
